Week 13: Canada &USA

Focus on drawing from memory as much as you can. You will have the regular
Key Items quiz on Canada & India on Monday.

PRINT:
DRAW: 12 of this map of the US and Canada including Greenland

draw the entire thing, with Central America and all, just like
it looks on the printout. You will have to turn your drawing paper.
Label the names of countries.

DRAW: 2 World maps with all the continents and design a compass
rose that you want to draw on your final map. It needs to be on
both of your world maps.(This can be on a regular sheet of paper.)

PLAY: USA & Canada Map Game

Since we already studied the US- there are no key items for it,
but there are for CANADA. You may need to print 2 maps to put
physical features on one and political places on the other.
PRINT: You choose between Black and white map of Canada OR
Gray shaded Canada map and label it with the key items.

Make sure all your India work is done and collect it together
with your Canada work. Write name on all papers and paper
clipped together. You do not want to be scrambling Sunday
the 12th- that is Easter and you will not remember to get
it all organized for class.
